Introductory Project Program
Better Software Starts With One Focused Project
Arch Studios is accepting up to three software development engagements at introductory pricing.
Whether you’re improving an internal process, connecting business systems, or helping a client move beyond a conventional website, this program offers a practical starting point for focused application development.
A Smaller Starting Point. A Meaningful Outcome.
Software doesn’t always need to begin with a large-scale initiative.
A single internal tool can eliminate hours of repetitive work. An integration can connect systems that weren’t designed to communicate. A customer portal can replace a collection of disconnected processes.
We’re looking for projects where a focused development effort can solve a real business problem and create a foundation for future growth.
What Can We Build Together?
The program is open to focused software projects that address a defined business need.
Internal Applications & Workflow Automation
Replace manual processes, spreadsheets, and repetitive administrative work with purpose-built software.
API & System Integrations
Connect business platforms, synchronize information, and reduce unnecessary data entry.
Client & Customer Portals
Create dedicated applications for customers, members, vendors, or partners to access information and complete tasks.
Business Dashboards
Consolidate operational data into reporting interfaces that support clearer decisions.
Targeted Application Modernization
Improve a critical part of an aging application without committing to a complete replacement.
For Agencies
Have a Client Who Needs More Than a Website?
Agencies often encounter software requirements that extend beyond traditional marketing websites.
Arch Studios can provide the engineering expertise needed to deliver custom applications, portals, integrations, and other business-critical functionality.
We’re welcoming qualifying agency-led projects through the introductory program, with flexible options for referrals, collaborative delivery, and white-label engagements.
Responsibilities, commercial arrangements, and client relationships are established before work begins.
Why We're Offering Introductory Pricing
Arch Studios is a new software development company built on more than a decade of professional engineering experience.
We’re establishing a portfolio of projects delivered independently under the Arch Studios name. To support that effort, we’re selecting three engagements for introductory pricing.
Qualifying projects receive 15–20% off standard development pricing in exchange for mutually agreed permission to document the work as a case study.
This arrangement helps businesses access experienced software development at a reduced project cost while allowing Arch Studios to demonstrate the results of our work.
Case-study content, confidentiality requirements, and publication approvals are agreed upon before development begins.

Common Questions
How much does a project cost?
Each project is estimated according to its scope and technical requirements. Qualifying engagements receive a 15–20% reduction from our standard development pricing.
Who can apply?
Businesses with a defined software need and agencies representing qualifying client projects are welcome to apply.
Do I need a complete project specification?
No. A description of the problem, existing process, and desired outcome is enough to begin.
Are all applications accepted?
No. The program is limited to three selected projects. We evaluate each application based on scope, technical fit, commercial viability, and case-study suitability.
Will our project information be made public?
Only information approved under the agreed case-study terms may be published. Confidential information and client-specific restrictions are addressed before an engagement begins.
Can agencies participate through white-label arrangements?
Yes, provided the engagement structure and any required case-study permissions can be agreed upon with the appropriate parties.
What happens after the project is completed?
Ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and additional development can be arranged separately under standard terms.
